Grass-Fed Beef

We use beef cattle from three farms, only ever using the native breeds Hereford or Angus, grazed on land at the foot of the Malvern Hills. Born and reared outdoors, and only ever grass-fed, this is the essence of sustainable, low impact farming. We hang on the bone for 28 days to allow the marbling and that rich, grass-fed beef flavour to develop for exceptional flavour and quality. Our beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.
