We use beef cattle from a single farm, only ever using native breeds grazed on land at the foot of the Malvern Hills. Born and reared outdoors, and only ever grass-fed, this is the essence of sustainable, low impact farming. We dry-age on the bone for 28 days to allow the marbling and that rich, grass-fed beef flavour to develop for exceptional texture and quality. Our beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.
