If it’s Sunday lunch or a celebration we have everything at The New Meat Project for the perfect table centre-piece. Take the boned and rolled leg of lamb for easy carving to feed a crowd, the lamb rumps are a perfect portion size for easy cooking or the french trimmed racks for a special occasion. All of our cuts of meat are from our multi-award-winning, 100% grass-fed lamb.
