Our chicken is from a single farm, always 100% free range and reared to the highest welfare standards. The thighs are the most flavoursome part of the bird, with the skin on and the bone in and are easy to cook.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Roast with lemon and rosemary or try marinating in buttermilk, garlic and cayenne before barbecuing and serving with a chipotle colesaw, soft white buns and hot sauce.
