Our 100% grass-fed beef is from Angus cattle that roam in the Malvern Hills, eating a diet of fresh grass and silage cut from the farm. They are rotationally grazed in a closed system to benefit soil fertility and eliminate the need for fertilisers. This really is farming at its best.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Our diced beef is versatile. Excellent on a skewer for the BBQ (try marinading in our Mexican rub and a little oil first) or slow cooked.
The classic Provencal daube with orange and thyme is a favourite or try a classic steak and ale pie. With all casseroles and stews it’s best to cook the day before you plan to eat to allow the flavours to develop.
