Fore Rib on the Bone
Our 100% grass-fed fore rib of beef, aged on the bone for at least 28 days, is an impressive roasting joint, and worthy of a celebration. Kept on the bone for maximum beefy flavour and succulence, the fore rib is best served medium rare to medium with Yorkshire puddings, dripping roast potatoes, gravy and fresh horseradish.

We aim to offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off midnight), delivering nationwide Tuesday – Friday via DPD courier. However, as we are a very small team, sometimes it may be a day later (or on occasion earlier). Please email us if you require a specific date to check if it's possible.

Your meat will arrive fresh inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs. You can pop it straight into the freezer or cook it before the use by date on the label. Please see our Delivery & Storage page for more information on our packaging.
Please note that goat products will be sent frozen and we recommend allowing to completely defrost and eat within 5 days.
