Gloucester Sausages

A traditonal pork sausage made to a classic Gloucester recipe

We don’t cut corners cut with our sausages. Only the best trim, from the same pigs the rest of the pork comes from, is hand made into sausages. These Gloucester sausages have a wonderful texture and flavour and deserve buttery mash and onion gravy or lentils and salsa verde.

A pack is a minimum 440g, usually 6 sausages.

Delivery

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.

You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Pork (70%), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) Salt, Raising agent E503), Seasoning (Salt, Rusk (Wheat), Wheat Flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Herbs, Stabilisers (Diphosphates: E450), Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate, Preservative: Sodium sulphite (Sulphite), Dextrose, Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid), Spice Extracts, Herb Extracts, Colour (Carmine)

For allergens see ingredients in bold. Please note the seasoning is made in a factory that also handles milk, celery, soya, mustard.
