Our Jersey Beef comes from Stanford Court Farm, part of Farmer Julian’s cooperative.
Reared on mother’s milk until 10 months and kept out on grass all her life until November last year, when the ground became too wet to provide enough grazing. Once inside she was fed meadow-hay and herbal haylege grown on the same farm with the only additional feed of local by-product, brewers grains.
Hung on the bone for 28 days with the steak section dry-aged in our purpose build fridge.
Recipes to suit the beef cuts are included in your box.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
