Chef’s favourite for ‘low n slow’ cooking
One of the most delicious cuts for slow cooking, a shoulder of kid is delicious cooked with aromatics to bring out its rich and rounded flavour. With internal marbling and a thin layer of external fat, this is a crowd-pleasing, melt-in-the-mouth feast.
Half is a minimum of 1.4kg. Whole is a minimum of 2.8kg.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
