A rich and flavourful thrifty cut

Our 100% grass-fed lamb is hung for 10 days to develop its natural flavour and texture. Lamb breast has had a resurgence of late as home cooks rediscover its rich and deep flavour. It requires some care in cooking and is best slow-roasted and thinly sliced or rolled and braised in wine. Serve with pulses or potato gratin and greens and maybe a salsa verde on the side to balance the richness of the meat.

Delivery

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.

You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
