Our 100% grass-fed lamb is hung for 10 days to develop its natural flavour and texture.

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Quick cook lamb steaks to medium-rare, rest and slice atop of chard or lentils, drizzled with pan juices and a good balsamic vinegar or salsa verde. Delicious!
