Lamb Neck Rings

Despite its name, this is a delicious and thrifty cut for slow cooking.

Our 100% grass-fed lamb is hung for 10 days to develop its natural flavour and texture. Cut across the bone for a deep, meaty flavour, ‘scrag-end’ can be served as a whole piece or shredded and used as a pasta sauce with unrivalled depth of flavour. Or use in the ultimate Lancashire hotpot.
