Our 100% grass-fed lamb is hung for 10 days to develop its natural flavour and texture. Made famous by gastropubs everywhere, the lamb shank offers a generous portion sized stewing cut. Excellent in tagines and stews but you can also try with Indian spices, the open bone allows the marrow to seep into the sauce giving a wonderful depth of flavour. With all casseroles, curries and stews it’s best to give them a night in the fridge before eating to allow the flavours to develop.

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
