Pasture-fed Half Kid Goat ‘Pop-Up’ Box
We have teamed up with a friend of ours to offer pasture-fed kid goat
This is from a kid goat that’s approximately 20kgs whole. You will receive a minimum of 7kg for the larger box (half a kid) or 3.5kg for the smaller box (quarter kid) of delicious meat, if the yield is higher then you will receive more.
LARGE – Your half a kid box includes:

3 x 500g Dice
1 x Chump
2 x 3-bone Racks
5 x Chops
1 x Whole Breast, bone-in
1 x Half Kid Shoulder
2 x 500g Mince
MEDIUM – Your quarter kid box includes:
1 x Half Kid Shoulder
1 x 500g Diced Kid
1 x Kid Racks
5 x Kid Chops
1 x 500g Mince
Our specialist ‘Pop-Up’ boxes are limited quantity, sourced from specialist farms and will be sent week commencing 5th June.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
