All our pork is woodland born and reared where their natural diet is supplemented with hops from the local breweries, discarded and waste fruit from local orchards and food waste from local biscuit and pasta manufactures.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Delicious roasted with fennel seeds, garlic and thyme or try shredded into a Thai salad, with chillis and fresh herbs. Score and salt the skin well beforehand for the best crackling.
