Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Slow-roast in a lidded casserole on a bed of onions, carrots, thyme, garlic and a litre of cider for 4-5 hours until meltingly soft and tender or roast in the oven for an easily carved joint and serve with bramley apple sauce. Use left over roast meat in sandwiches or shred into a weeknight night chilli.
