Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Always take your meat out of the fridge at least half an hour before cooking.
Season the escalope generously, then coat in flour, followed by a drench in beaten egg, followed by bread crumbs.
Heat butter and oil in a frying pan.
Shallow fry the coated escalopes for around 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve with boiled potatoes or chips and salad.
