All our pork is woodland born and reared where their natural diet is supplemented with hops from local breweries, discarded and waste fruit from local orchards and food waste from local biscuit and pasta manufactures.

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Our woodland reared and fully free-range pork leg steaks, also know as escalopes, make a brilliantly quick meal. Pan-fry or roast and serve with green or puy lentils and chopped salad or coat in breadcrumbs and fry for the best schnitzel.
