All our pork is woodland born and reared where their natural diet is supplemented with hops from the local breweries, discarded and waste fruit from local orchards and food waste from local biscuit and pasta manufactures.

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Our outdoor reared and fully free-range pork loin joint is perfect for your Sunday lunch and so simple to cook. Trimmed for easy cooking and carving, the joint can be simply roasted in a hot oven and sliced to serve, with all the trimmings or your favourite side dishes. Score and salt the skin before hand to ensure you get the crackling everyone loves.
