We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Slow-cook with onions, carrots, thyme, garlic and a litre of cider or try Cuban roast pork, marinated in orange and lime, rum and cumin seeds and served with black beans and salsa.
