Our 100% grass-fed ‘Cote de Boeuf’ or Rib on the Bone, dry-aged for at least 28 days is a showstopper. This french bistro classic, is best cooked medium-rare and eaten with chips and bearnaise.
Weight stated is the minimum you will receive.

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
