Rump steak 250g
Our 100% grass-fed rump steak, dry-aged on the bone for at least 28 days, has a firm texture and is big on flavour.
Our beef is from Angus cattle that roam in the Malvern Hills, eating a diet of fresh grass and silage cut from the farm. They are rotationally grazed in a closed system to benefit soil fertility and eliminate the need for fertilisers. This really is farming at its best.

Delivery
We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Sear in a hot pan for five minutes on each side, finishing by adding a sprig of thyme and basting it with butter. Rest well before slicing. Also excellent cooked on the barbecue.
