Silverside
A lean and delicious cut for roasting. Serve with all of your favourite Sunday roast trimmings or try covering the joint with red wine and rosemary for a gentle slow roast. Serve with potatoes or do as the French do and eat with a macaroni gratin, sprinkled with gruyere cheese and baked.
Our 100% grass-fed beef is from Angus cattle that roam in the Malvern Hills, eating a diet of fresh grass and silage cut from the farm. They are rotationally grazed in a closed system to benefit soil fertility and eliminate the need for fertilisers. This really is farming at its best.

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
