Our 100% grass-fed beef is aged on the bone for at least 28 days. These steak strips are perfect flash-fried in a wok with soy, ginger, vegetables and noodles. They also work fantastically as part of a Mexican spread in fajitas or tacos.

Delivery

We delivery nationwide next day (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t deliver for us at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Storage

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with insulation and ice packs.

You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.
